Cancellations & Returns

At TheSheWear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free cancellation and returns policy.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return.

Returns & Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including:
